RETURN POLICY

BRING BACK
All returns must be postmarked within four (4) days of the delivery date by the United States Postal Service. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, you have forty-eight (48) hours after order delivery (based on United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number) to email customer service at support@tucomprapr. com. If a product is faulty or damaged, a picture of the damaged product and box is required.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs (this does not apply to faulty or damaged products). We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and/or inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days to process your return. Refunds may take 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Keep in mind
· A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. (This does not apply to defective or damaged products).
· Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
